We are considered to be an “out-of-network” provider. Your insurance company may reimburse for Occupational Therapy services; however, this occurs on a case by case basis and it is best to call your insurance company to check on your specific benefits. Upon your request we can provide what is called a superbill (indicating that you have paid for services) for you to submit to your insurance company in attempt to get reimbursed.

You may also want to investigate whether HSA (Health Savings Account) dollars or FSA (Flex Spending Account) dollars can be used for payment. In keeping with “best practice” we believe that the frequency, amount, and type of services are best determined by you and your child’s therapist, and based on your child’s specific needs. Our costs for services are transparent and will always be available on our website.

Families pay Forward Therapy Solutions directly for each service at time of the appointment. Cash and checks for the exact amount as well as credit and debit cards are accepted for home visits. Credit and debit cards are accepted when paying online via your secure client portal.
